Human Resources and Talent Management Collaborative Executives

We would like to invite you to the first combined VHA Southeast Human Resources (HR) and Talent Management Executives meeting. This year we have integrated the work of the HR Executives and Talent Management Collaborative into a single meeting to provide more members an opportunity to engage in the Talent Management networking and better integrate the topics which are critical in advancing HR management. The meeting will begin with lunch on Thursday, March 5th at 12:30pm (ET) and close with the Roundtable discussion at 2:00pm on Friday, March 6th.

Topics and speakers for these meetings include:

• Orlando Health – Talent Management Program and the critical role of Talent Management in supporting organizational strategy and a transforming healthcare environment
• Baptist Health Care Corporation – Their journey in designing and developing a Talent Management program to support their strategic direction and core values of the organization
• Update Matthew Snook, Partner and Senior Health and Welfare Benefits Consultant at Mercer
• HR Legal Update presented by Mike Malfitano at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP
• Presentation by Jim Hackman, Consultant at IRI
